Need Help Accessing an Online Course on the BCcampus Server?
Contact the BCcampus Helpdesk
- Once you have logged into the BCcampus portal at: https://portal.bccampus.ca
- Click the Help link located in the left menu
- Click the Get Help link
- Complete the Help Desk Form, then click the Submit Request button
- BCcampus Helpdesk Hours:
- During the first three weeks of the semester: 7am to 5pm (Mon – Fri)
- During semester (after first three weeks): 8am to 4pm (Mon – Fri)
- After Hours Server Outages Or Browser Problems
- A toll free number is active after 5pm (Mon – Sat): 1-866-443-4447
