• Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or higher
• Internet Service Provider
• Modem: Cable or ADSL line
• Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 7

• Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 6

Note 1:  Vancouver Island University does not support Windows Vista or Macs and does not yet support Internet Explorer 8 or other Browsers.

Note 2:  Your systems needs various plug-ins that work with Moodle, including Adobe Flash Player *otherwise the following components of an online course may not display correctly:  modules, quizzes, learning activities, discussion forums, etc.)  You can check required plug-ins at: http://www.malaonline.ca/students/requirements.php
